Q: How long does it take my order to ship?
A: Currently orders are leaving within 10-14 business days or sooner. Processing time is updated regularly at the top of the website.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 consecutive days of receipt. Items can be returned for store credit only. The buyer pays return shipping.
Q: What scents does “X PRODUCT” come in?
A: If you do not have the option to choose a scent it only comes in one scent at the time of your purchase.
Q: Can I request a scent or custom product?
A: Yes, custom scents and products can be arranged. Please bear in mind that custom orders will be assessed a $25 handling fee (minimum) depending on difficulty and time needed to complete.
